Star Cut Series CNC Profile Cutting Machines
Built with perfection to last for a longer period of time, this machine carries an aerodynamic design that has been developed from a supremely high-quality Rectangular box section. All four sides of the machines carry grinded ARCOR-processed guide rails along with AC Digital Servo machine that offer Sharp Deceleration, Acceleration, Dynamic Braking, Zero Back Lash, and Ant skew. The machine also has Synchronized Dual Drive, and impressively cuts profiles with sharp edges.

Star Cut presents a range of machines for gas cutting work using the Automatic Ignition feature. It offers features like ease of piercing, pre-heating, lead-in, cut-finish, lead-out, cut-start, etc. As the machine provides automatic cutting of nested patterns, it greatly reduces dependence on a skilled operator and related expenses
We are famous for providing reliable Gas Cutting Torch, along with Flash Back Arrestors and linked Gas Control Solenoid Valves that further ensure high safety during usage. Star Cut CNC Controller
We are masters at providing Star Cut CNC Controller for Plasma Cutting. The system consists of Plasma mode, which, when selected, carries the IHS System that sets Initial Height of the Plasma Torch. This one is used for works such as Pierce Cut Sense, Arc On, Lead In Start Cut, Lead Out Torch Up, Cut Over, etc. Plasma Arc Height can be adjusted in different mm formats from the Automatic AVC Torch Height Controller. The AVC system is based on a PLC and makes use of a reliable Servo Drive for giving quick responses. Furthermore, the Plasma Torch is set high on the Anti-Collision Torch Holder.
